Dolly S. has over 13 years of extensive experience in the mining and construction industry, currently serving as Superintendent of Batch Plant and Mixer Fleet at Freeport Indonesia since March 2010. Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, managing an annual operation budget of USD 19,000,000, and improving the technical capabilities of crews to world-class standards. Previously, roles included Superintendent for Underground Infrastructure Engineering and Construction, where project planning and SHE policy implementation were emphasized. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior Offshore Engineer at LAPI ITB, focusing on structural analysis for offshore platforms. Dolly S. holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil-Structure Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
