Hd Garz

HD Garz has significant experience in the mining industry, particularly in executive and general management roles. In 2010, they became the General Manager of Freeport-McMoRan Tenke Fungurume Mining, where they oversaw operations in a copper and cobalt rich district in the Democratic Republic of Congo. HD held this position until 2016. In 2016, Garz joined Freeport Indonesia as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.

HD Garz attended Wartburg Kirchdorf High School from 1980 to 1984, where they completed their high school education. HD then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Power Systems at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1985 to 1988. Later, in 1994 and 1995, they completed a Management Development Program with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
