Hernowo Suryandaru

Hernowo Suryandaru is an experienced SAP HCM professional with a focus on improving HR processes and systems. Currently, at Freeport Indonesia since April 2023, Hernowo leads the implementation of SAP HCM for three new subsidiaries. Previously, at PT Asian Technology Solutions from November 2021 to March 2023, Hernowo served as a business analyst and tester in SAP and SuccessFactors, contributing to process improvements and maintaining data integrity. Hernowo's extensive background also includes consulting roles at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology from March 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities ranged from business process analysis to user training across various automotive sales operations. Prior experience at PT Bank BRI involved managing daily operations and transitioning legacy HR systems to SAP HR. Hernowo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Gunadarma.
