Nugroho Adi Ramadhani

Nugroho Adi Ramadhani is a professional with extensive experience in electrical and control systems, currently serving as the Head of PMR Maintenance and Head of Smelter Process Safety & MoC at Freeport Indonesia since January 2024, overseeing process safety and management of changes in the Smelter Division. Prior to this role, Nugroho spent a decade at PT. Kaltim Prima Coal, progressing from Control & Instrumentation Engineer through various positions to Electrical & Control Systems Engineering and Projects Superintendent, managing teams and engineering projects. Nugroho holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Analysis and Performance Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Control Systems from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember.
