Radit A S has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Radit A started their career as a Business Analyst at Mediatrac Sistem Komunikasi, where they directed a product focusing on identity-related issues and managed the development team. Radit A then joined Traveloka as a Business Analyst in the Engineering Department, where their primary responsibility was aligning the business side with engineering. Radit then co-founded Etomotiv, an app connecting business owners and customers in the automotive industry, where they handled various operational aspects of the company.

Afterward, they joined Dattabot as a Software Engineering Manager, leading teams and implementing an automated deployment process across the company. Radit A also had an interim role as a Product Manager, defining the business and traction models for an agriculture product. Radit then worked at Traveloka again, this time as a Software Engineering Lead in Corporate Technology, managing a small team and overseeing product data integration and financial reporting.

Radit A later joined PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk as the Department Head of Digital Development, managing a large team and successfully delivering multiple projects. Radit then worked at GudangAda as a Software Engineering Manager, setting up automated container deployment and managing a team for roadmap creation and individual development.

Before their current role as Head of Engineering at Good Doctor Technology, Radit worked at ARATekno as a Business Owner, providing IT consulting and development solutions for enterprise and government clients. Overall, Radit has a strong technical background in software engineering, as well as experience in team management, project delivery, and business development.

Radit A S. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from BINUS University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended SMAN 78 from 2005 to 2008 for their Senior High School education.
