Imelda Pathresia.

Imelda Pathresia has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Department Head at PT. Indomobil Finance Indonesia since November 2011. In this role, Imelda designs and implements recruitment and placement systems, oversees human resources activities across multiple branches in Indonesia, and manages performance assessment and employee development for approximately 3,000 staff members. Prior to this, Imelda was the HRD Manager at PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk from January 2006 to November 2011, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment processes, managing compensation and benefits, and maintaining industrial relations for about 4,000 employees. Imelda holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, earned between 2003 and 2005.
