Benny Alexander

Benny Alexander is an experienced professional in human resources and strategic support, with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Since October 2021, Benny has held multiple positions at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero), including Director of Strategic Support & Human Capital, and Acting Director of Finance & Risk Management. Prior to this, Benny served as Head of Corporate Human Resources at PT Toba Sejahtra from February 2012 to September 2021, and as General Manager of Human Resources & General Affairs at Everbest Group from January 2011 to January 2012. Benny also worked as Head of Human Resources at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk from January 2010 to January 2011. Benny holds a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Trisakti.
