Faisal Hidayat

Faisal Hidayat has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Faisal began their career in 2002 as a Library Automation Programmer at Gunadarma University, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined Indonesian Market Quotes - LKBN Antara as a Web Developer. In 2006, they started working at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) as a Process Control Superintendent, a role they held until 2013. Faisal then became a Junior Manager at the same company, responsible for controlling the operation, maintenance, and improvement of Aluminium Electrolysis Process Control. In 2017, they were promoted to Reduction Plant Support Manager and in 2019, they became the Head of Information Technology Department at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero).

Faisal Hidayat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Gunadarma. Faisal attended this institution from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Faisal pursued a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Faisal also obtained several certifications related to leadership and digital transformation. In November 2019, they completed a certification in "Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn. In December 2019, they obtained a certification in "Effectively Leading Digital Transformation" from the same platform. Lastly, in May 2020, Faisal acquired a certification called "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader" from LinkedIn as well.
