Neni Ayuni Maharani is an experienced professional in customer experience and account team management, currently working at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) since December 2020. Neni has also held roles in business development and partnership as well as in solution groups at the same organization. Previous experience includes a role as a fresh graduate academy participant focusing on CCNA Network Engineering at Digital Talent Scholarship in September 2020 and serving as a secretary at the Digital Signal Processing Laboratory from September 2018 to December 2019. Additional roles include IT strategy and innovation at PT Finnet Indonesia in 2019 and business, government, and enterprise services as well as customer service at Telkom Indonesia in 2018. Neni holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Telkom University, completed in 2020.
