Zainal Arifin

Zainal Arifin has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Zainal started their career at Telkomsel as an NOC Engineer in 2000 and later became an RF Planning and Optimization Engineer. In 2008, they joined Nexwave as a Senior RF Planning Engineer and later moved to SML Technologies as a Team Leader for 2G/3G RF Optimization. In 2009, they became a Senior RF Optimization Engineer at Nexwave and later joined Universal Cellular Engineering as a 2G/3G Senior RF Optimization Engineer/MS Team Leader. In 2010, they returned to SML Technologies as a Project Manager and RF Consultant and eventually became the VP of Service Solution, Engineering and Development Director, and Chief Technology Officer. Finally, in 2016, they joined PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) as the Mgr. IT Platform and Consultancy, and currently serves as the VP of Information Technology.

Zainal Arifin's education history consists of two notable institutions. From 1993 to 1998, they attended STT Telkom Bandung, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering. It is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree during their time at this institution. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Zainal Arifin pursued their Magister degree in Magister Management at Universitas Mercu Buana.
