Iwan Takwin

Iwan Takwin is an experienced professional in the fields of infrastructure, property, and transportation, currently serving as the President Director at PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) since March 2016. Iwan has held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering and Development, Project Director, and Project Manager at PT Jakarta Solusi Lestari from November 2021 to September 2022. Prior positions include Chief Executive Officer at DCK Consultant and design-related roles, including Design Manager at DCK Consultant and Head of Studio at Design Desk Studio. Additionally, Iwan has worked as a Senior Architect at Enviro Tec Indonesia and as an Architectural Assistant at Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd. Early career experience includes engineering roles at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. and an Instructor position at Autodesk Training Center. Iwan is an alumnus of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
