Intania Wahyuni

Intania Wahyuni possesses extensive experience in human resources and information systems, currently serving as a Specialist in Human Resources Information System at PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China since August 2024. Prior to this role, Intania held the position of Department Head of HC Services, System & Reward Management at PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara from July 2023 to August 2024. Intania's previous tenure at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) from August 2015 to October 2023 included various roles such as Manager of Industrial Relations and Remuneration, Industrial Relations & Remuneration Manager, Human Resources Information System Supervisor, SAP Functional Analyst, Compensation and Benefit Specialist, and Human Resources Staff, with responsibilities that involved payroll and employee benefits management. Intania holds a Master's degree in Management specializing in Human Resources Management from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo, expected to be completed in December 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Mercu Buana, obtained in July 2020.
