Kharisma Sofie has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Business Owner at Starmoon.Malang, where they managed and marketed online products, provided customer service, and handled packaging and shipping. In 2020, they had a short student internship at PT. Garuda Mitra Solusi, working in different divisions such as Provisioning, Project, and Assurance, where they were involved in tasks like data input, network development, and troubleshooting. In 2021, they had an internship at PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah, assisting with the company's web program, document approvals, and material data input. Currently, they serve as an Admin Support at PT. Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri, starting in 2023.

Kharisma Sofie obtained an Associate's degree in Teknik Telekomunikasi from Politeknik Negeri Malang between 2018 and 2021.
