Mr then moved on to PT. Infomedia Nusantara in 2016, where they worked as a Customer Care Agent for Telkomsel for two years. After that, they were promoted to the role of Customer Care Team Lead, a position they held until February 2022. In May 2022, they joined PT. Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri as a Back End Support at Telkomsel. Overall, Mr. Sunardi has gained significant experience in customer service and support, with a focus on telecommunications industry.
