Mr. Sunardi has a diverse work experience in the customer service and support field. Mr started their career in 2015 as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika. Mr then moved on to PT. Infomedia Nusantara in 2016, where they worked as a Customer Care Agent for Telkomsel for two years. After that, they were promoted to the role of Customer Care Team Lead, a position they held until February 2022. In May 2022, they joined PT. Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri as a Back End Support at Telkomsel. Overall, Mr. Sunardi has gained significant experience in customer service and support, with a focus on telecommunications industry.
Mr Sunardi obtained a Sarjana degree in Communication and Islamic Broadcasting from UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG.
