Istiningsih Supardi

Istiningsih Supardi has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an HSE Internship at VICO Indonesia. From 2012 to the present, they have worked at PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, where they have held various roles. Istiningsih started as an HSE Staff and then progressed to become the Section Head of Planning & Development in the HR department. Later, they served as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources Development, responsible for performance and promotion evaluations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR & CSR Department, overseeing HR systems, training, and talent acquisition.

Istiningsih Supardi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have earned several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they obtained the OHSAS Lead Auditor certification from IRCA Global. In 2015, they obtained a First Aid certification from Kementrian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi. In 2021, they earned a Certified Human Resources Professional certification from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Finally, in 2023, they obtained the Certified Human Resources Manager certification from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
