Dozie Ayu has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager Recruitment at PT. KURNIA CIPTAMODA GEMILANG since May 2012, following a role as Senior Recruitment Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an HR Recruiter at PT. Kiswire Indonesia for a brief period in late 2011 and as an HR Admin at PT. Junger Farma Distribusi from August 2010 to October 2011. Dozie Ayu holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitas Trisakti, obtained between 2005 and 2010, and completed secondary education at SMA Negeri 70 from 2002 to 2005.
