Eric Arianto

Eric Arianto has over 20 years of experience in network operations and project management within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Network Operation & Service Assurance at PT Link Net Tbk since June 2011, Eric has held several leadership roles, including Network Improvement Division Head and Head of HFC Engineering. Prior to this, Eric led multiple business groups at Plasmedia, focusing on profitability and project management. Eric's earlier roles at PT Integrasi Solutions and PT Integrasi Teknologi involved managing outsourcing, enterprise application solutions, and customer relationship management. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Teknik Fisika from Institut Teknologi Bandung, obtained in 2000.
