Muhammad Nurdin Rhomadona

Muhammad Nurdin Rhomadona serves as the Head of People Assessment & Development at PT Link Net Tbk, a role held since March 2023, where responsibilities include designing and implementing learning programs, adopting generative AI for employee learning, and developing evaluation tools for talent mapping.
