Wineke Winawati

Wineke Winawati has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wineke began their career in 1996 as a Shop Assistant at Peter's Fishmarket in Sydney, Australia. In 1997, they worked as a Secretary to GM HRD & HRD Staff at PT. Dharmala Intiutama, holding company. Wineke then transitioned to PT. AJ. Manulife Indonesia as a Secretary to Assistant Vice President Director in 1998. From 2003 to 2005, Wineke served as a Fashion Manager at Jane Fashion, where they focused on finding a new target market for the shop. In 2006, they worked as an Education Counselor at Winik Education & Services, assisting students who wanted to study in Australia. Wineke also gained experience as a Garment Merchandiser at PT. Saxa Inti Lestari in 2006. Wineke then joined PT. AIA Financial in 2007 as an Executive Secretary until 2010. Currently, Wineke is the Marketing Communication Department Head at PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk, a position they have held since 2015.

Wineke Winawati's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Aksek/LPK Tarkanita and obtained a Diploma in Secretarial Academy. In 1995, they pursued an English course at Sydney College of English in Sydney, Australia and completed the IELTS program. That same year, Wineke Winawati enrolled at the Insearch Institute of Commerce, University Technology of Sydney, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in International Business & Trade. Wineke continued their education at the University of Technology Sydney from 1996 to 1997, obtaining another Advanced Diploma in International Business & Trade. In 2006, Wineke Winawati pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management from UTS, which they completed in 2007. Lastly, in 2014, they enrolled in the UPH EMBA program and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General in 2015.
