Kresno Parwoto has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles in the field of human resources. Kresno started their career as an HR Generalist at PT. Mitra Kencana Utama in 2008, where they managed personnel activities and assisted in setting up branch offices. In 2010, they worked as a Representation Officer at PT. Supraco Indonesia, coordinating employee administration for Bank Indonesia and fulfilling their staffing needs. Kresno then joined PT MNC LAND Tbk as a Recruitment & Training Officer, assisting in recruitment processes and managing recruitment databases. In 2012, they worked at El Rose Brothers as a Junior Consultant, supporting various consulting activities such as training events and assessments. During the same year, they also joined PT. Lancarjaya Mitra Abadi, where they initially served as a Section Head Recruitment, handling recruitment processes and managing recruitment databases, and later as an Organization and People Development staff, providing induction training to new employees. Kresno'smost recent position is as the ROPD Department Head at PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa, where they ensure employee fulfillment processes according to established standards and procedures.

Kresno Parwoto obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from STIE IPWIJA. Before that, they completed a Sarjana degree in Psikologi from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Kresno'seducational journey began with a Senior High School education at SMU Yadika 5.
