Silvia Halim

Silvia Halim has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Silvia began their career at EY as an Auditor, where they gained experience in banking assurance services. Silvia then worked as a Senior Accountant at PT Link Net Tbk for a brief period before joining Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as an Assistant Manager in their Finance & Accounting department. After several years in that role, they moved on to PT Bank BTPN Tbk, where they worked in Accounting Policy and Procedure, specializing in implementing accounting standards for banking products. Next, they joined PT Lucas Digital Indonesia as the Chief Operation and Finance Officer, overseeing the company's integrated automotive e-commerce platform. Currently, they are employed at PT. Mega Central Finance as the Executive Strategic and Project Development Head, responsible for improving business performance, developing business strategies, and driving digitalization.

Silvia Halim graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan with a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they hold several certifications. In 2012, they obtained the Risk Management for Banking Certificate Level 1 from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. In 2015, they completed the Transfer Pricing Documentation course and obtained a grade of 6.5 out of 10 from the Danny Darussalam Tax Center. In 2016, they participated in the Refreshment Program of Risk Management Assessment offered by KIRAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2019, they obtained the Risk Management for Banking Level-2 certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Their most recent certification is the Sertifikasi Dasar Pembiayaan - Managerial Level, which they received in October 2020 with a grade of 82.00 out of 100 from PT. Sertifikasi Profesi Pembiayaan Indonesia.
