Dani Maulana has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and digitalization. Dani started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Jatis Mobile, where they developed application software for various clients. Dani was later promoted to the role of Supervisor, leading a team of software developers. In 2008, they joined PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) and held various positions, including Business Development Manager and Head of Business Development. Dani was responsible for developing business strategies and ensuring alignment and performance within the organization. In 2017, they became the Head of Information Technology and Digitalization at PT Menara Astra, where they were accountable for the digital strategy and initiatives for the overall group and its subsidiaries.

Dani Maulana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Dani later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Indonesia from 2013 to 2015. Furthermore, Dani has earned several additional certifications including the Digital Acceleration Masterclass from Hyper Island in July 2022, and various courses from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, such as Digital Product Management Specialization, Managing an Agile Team, Agile Analytics, Agile Meets Design Thinking, Hypothesis-Driven Development, and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals, all completed in 2021. Dani also received the "Human Capital for Line Manager" certification from PT Astra International Tbk in October 2017 and completed the "Astra Middle Management Program" in February 2016 and the "Astra First Line Management Program" in November 2011.
