Jessica Ariawan

Jessica Ariawan has a diverse work experience in the field of human capital and corporate planning. Jessica started their career as a Management Trainee HR at PT Astra International Tbk in 2012. Jessica then moved on to work as the Corporate Human Capital at PT. United Tractors Tbk in 2012. In 2012, they also worked as part of the Corporate Planning team at FIFGROUP. From 2013 to 2014, they were involved in Human Capital Development at PT MULTI PRIMA UNIVERSAL (MPU) - (Pamapersada & Astra Group). Jessica then joined KALIMANTAN PRIMA PERSADA, PT in 2014 as part of the Human Capital Development team. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Capital at PT Menara Astra since July 2022, where they previously served as a Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) from 2017 to June 2022.

Jessica Ariawan completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Regina Pacis Senior High School from 2004 to 2007, where they focused on Social Sciences.
