Prior to this, Rizky worked as a Health Safety Environment Supervisor at PT Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture, where responsibilities included the development and control of HSE management systems in accordance with SMK3 PP 50 tahun 2012 and ISO 14001:2015. Rizky's experience also includes serving as a SHE Officer at Musim Mas Group, providing support for the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment Management Systems. Additionally, Rizky held leadership roles within HKBP Belawan and student organizations during university studies, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
