Michael Tjandra

Michael Tjandra is an experienced executive currently serving as Managing Director at PT. Mitra Wira Pratama and PT. Flowcon Teknik Indonesia, as well as Chief Executive Officer at Land Investment & Residential Development since July 2021. Previously, Michael worked in the Capital Markets Team at JLL, where consultancy services were provided to investors and developers in the Jakarta commercial real estate sector. Additional experience includes roles at Woolworths Supermarkets and Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on property management and operational efficiency. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate Studies from UNSW, a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Foundation Certificate in Commerce from UNSW Foundation Studies.
