Cassandra H.

Cassandra H. has extensive experience in the field of human resources and general administration. Cassandra most recently served as the Head of HC and GA at PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Talent and Learning Management at PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk from June 2022 to February 2023. Cassandra also worked at PT TRIPUTRA AGRO PERSADA GROUP, where they served as the Head of Culture and Talent Management from April 2021 to May 2022, and as the Head of HC Development from March 2018 to April 2021. Before that, they held various roles at HPI Agro, including Corporate Human Resources & General Services Manager from December 2014 to February 2018 and People Development Supervisor from August 2013 to November 2014. Cassandra began their career as an HR Officer at Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals (Member of Dexa Group) in July 2010.

Cassandra H. obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung. Cassandra completed their studies at the university from 2007 to 2010.
