Greg Chen

Greg Chen has over 25 years of work experience. Greg began their career in 1994 as a Direct Marketing Manager at Citi. In 1998, they moved to Bank of America as a Database Marketing Project Manager. In 2000, they joined NextCard.com as a Loyalty Marketing Product Manager. In 2002, they returned to Citi as a Credit & Risk Operations Assistant Vice President and also began working at GE Capital as Collections Strategic Development Head. In 2016, they became the Deputy Head of Permanent Committee on Empowerment of Overseas Workers at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and the Chairman of Indonesian Outsourcing Association (ABADI). In 2017, they were appointed as the Deputy Head of Manpower Regulations & Institutional Relations at Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO). Greg has also been the Chief Executive Officer at PT Outsource Indonesia since 2005.

Greg Chen attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned dual majors in Marketing and Operations Management.
