Arief Fadilah

Arief Fadilah is a seasoned professional in digital business and performance management with extensive experience in the aviation and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Digital Business Lead at PT Pelita Air Service since February 2022, Arief develops and executes digital strategies, evaluates new opportunities, and leads cross-functional teams to enhance commercial results. Prior to this role, Arief held several positions at Garuda Indonesia from 2009 to 2022, including Fraud & Performance Control Manager and Product Development & Communication Manager, where responsibilities included monitoring performance and creating innovative products. Earlier experience includes a position at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Asia Pacific as a Money Transfer Department Officer. Arief holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Padjadjaran.
