Melda Chaidhar

Melda Chaidhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager and Business Improvement Manager at PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia since November 2018, Melda is responsible for coordinating business improvement programs that align with the company's vision and mission. Prior to this role, Melda worked as an F&B Consultant at PT. Global Solusi Bisnis from July 2018 to October 2018, where responsibilities included conducting research and data collection. Melda also has a strong background in operations, having served as Head of Operations at elcorps from December 2015 to July 2018, and as District Manager for PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (Starbucks Indonesia) from January 2002 to November 2015. Melda holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI).
