Yonathan Nakashatra Gautama is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PT Sahabat Mikro Fintek since February 2023, Yonathan successfully passed the fit & proper test of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) as of November 24, 2023. Previous positions include Director and Head of Legal & Compliance at Oriente, Director/Head of Legal, Compliance & Government Relations at Danabijak, and Senior Manager in Legal & Compliance at Digital Finance International. Additional experience ranges from legal positions at Hasjrat Group to senior legal roles at PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk, and various law firms. Yonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and an MBA specializing in Advanced AI & the Future of Automation from Nexford University.
