Indonesian Citizen, based in Indonesia. Darwin Trisna Djajawinata obtained his Master of Science from University of Leeds, England in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 1995 and Bachelor of Aviation Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1996.
Previously he served as Project Development & Advisory Director (2014-2020) and Head of Advisory Division (2012-2014) at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) ("PT SMI"). Before joining PT SMI, he served as Director at PT Independent Research & Advisory Indonesia (2008-2011), Lead Advisor for Policy Advisory Unit in the Ministry of Transportation under an AUSAID program (2009-2011), Infrastructure Specialist for the Asian Development Bank (Indonesia Resident Mission) (2007-2008), Guest Lecturer on Project Finance & Infrastructure Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Indonesia (2006-present), Programme Officer to the Committee Secretariat for Acceleration of Infrastructure Provision (KKPPI) for the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs (2005-2006), and Consultant to the World Bank for Infrastructure Program (2000-2005).
He was appointed as Director of PT SMI since August 19th, 2014 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 389/KMK.06/2014. He was reappointed as Director of PT SMI since August 13th, 2019 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 651/KMK.06/2019. As Operation & Finance Director, he is responsible to lead and monitor financial policy, financial transactions, treasury, accounting, budgeting, and manage all business support activities.
