Michael Loebis is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR planning and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of HR Planning & Strategic Initiatives at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) since October 2025, Michael previously held key positions including Head of HR Operations & Strategy at PT. Indosat Tbk and Head of Human Capital at Centratama Group. Michael's expertise spans various HR domains such as organization design, workforce fulfillment, learning and development, and industrial relations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Trisakti and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, also from Universitas Trisakti.
