Norman Yanuar

Norman Yanuar has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-Founder of SamayanSolar in 2016. Norman then worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2018, with a brief educational leave in 2016. Following this, they joined Skystar Capital and PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk as a Venture Capitalist and Vice President, respectively. In 2019, they became the Group Head of Digital Transformation at MPM Group. Yanuar then worked at GoTo Group as the Head of Post-Merger Integration & PMO in 2021. Norman later had roles at Sinar Mas and PT Sinarmas Multifinance, where they held senior positions overseeing operational and commercial excellence. Currently, they are a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Indonesia.

Norman Yanuar holds an MBA degree from the University of Oxford, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Norman also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In the future, they plan to pursue a Doctor's Degree in Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2023 to 2026. In addition to their academic achievements, Norman has obtained various professional certifications, including Agile Hybrid Project Pro™, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO I), Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I), and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Norman also passed CFA Level I and completed the Saratoga Executive Leadership Program: Leading for Results.
