Siska Ayu Soraya is currently working as the Human Capital Manager at PT Semen Padang since June 2016. Prior to this role, Siska Ayu held positions such as Manager of Learning Plan & Evaluation at the same company and Marketing Promotions officer and Public Relations Officer. Siska also worked at MNC Media as Marketing Communications for HighEnd & HighEnd teen Magazine and at Femina Group as Marketing Executive for Majalah Ayahbunda and Majalah Gadis. Siska Ayu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2007.
