Bhasir Azhzhahiri

Bhasir Azhzhahiri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bhasir started their career as a Junior Consultant at ITTC Consultant in 2012. From there, they moved on to Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as an HR Officer from 2013 to 2014 and as an Organization Development Officer from 2015 to 2015. In 2016, they joined PT Hero Supermarket Tbk as an Organization Development & Performance Management Specialist. Currently, Bhasir holds a position at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) as the Head of Strategic, Organization, and Culture since August 2022. Before this role, they served as a Human Capital Strategic, Organization & Policy Senior Officer from 2021 to 2022 and as an officer in the same department from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Capital Strategic Management Officer from 2017 to 2019.

Bhasir Azhzhahiri attended the University of Indonesia from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
