Ferry Firmansyah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ferry is currently the Vice President Solution Delivery and Managed Operation Enterprise Business Solution at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) since June 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at PT. Sigma Metrasys Solution, including GM Delivery & Operation Support, GM EBT Delivery, Head of EBT Delivery, Head of Resources, SAP BASIS & ABAP Team Lead, and Managing Consultant. Ferry also worked as an Ekstern Konsulent at DONG Energy and held the role of Managing Consultant at HCL AXON, UEM Group Berhad, PepsiCo, Platform Specialty Products Corporation, Malaysia Airlines, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and PETRONAS.

Ferry Firmansyah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Gunadarma between the years 1994 and 1998. Ferry also has additional certifications in SAP, including "Introduction to SAP HANA Administration," "High Availability and Disaster Recovery with the SAP HANA Platform," and "Implementation of SAP S/4HANA" which were obtained in 2016 and 2017.
