Liezl T's work experience begins in 2005 at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Liezl starts as a Human Resources Associate and progresses through various HR roles, eventually becoming a Corporate Human Resources Manager. At Hyatt, Liezl is recognized for creating a global online innovation lobby and facilitating roundtables. Liezl also manages HR strategy, employee relations, and benefits for international operations.

In 2014, Liezl T joins Enlivant as a Director of Human Resources and later assumes roles such as Vice President of HR & Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development. Liezl builds and leads a team of over 60 HR employees, enhancing the company's culture and employment brand. Liezl also coaches the CEO and executive team on workforce capacity and builds talent frameworks to increase leadership effectiveness.

In 2024, Liezl T becomes the Chief People Officer at PT Solutions Physical Therapy.

Liezl T has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, HR Management, and Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, Liezl T obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Liezl T also participated in the Department of Education Fulbright Hays Scholar program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, focusing on the Advanced Filipino Abroad Program. Furthermore, Liezl T has additional certifications in corporate governance from Kellogg Executive Education and in the HR-Executive Suite Connection from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
