Liz Penn

Liz Penn, DPT, CIMT has a diverse and extensive work history. Liz most recently worked as the Vice President of Hospital Operations at PT Solutions Physical Therapy starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at HCA Healthcare as the Director of Rehabilitation for Mission Hospital, Mission Children's Hospital, and Outpatient Pediatrics from September 2022 to May 2023. Liz also held positions at Novant Health as the Director of Rehab & Sports Medicine and Audiology from April 2020 to August 2022, and UNC Health Care as the Director of Rehabilitation Therapy and Sleep Medicine from January 2018 to April 2020. Throughout their career, they have also worked at other notable organizations such as Riverside Health System, High Point University, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Liz brings a comprehensive range of experience to their work in the physical therapy field.

Liz Penn, DPT, CIMT has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. Liz also earned a Bachelor's degree in Management, Dance, Music, and Theatre from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
