Devi Napitupulu

Devi Napitupulu has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Devi began their career as an intern at Martina Berto in 2017, where they worked with the Industrial Engineering Team and observed the production process. In 2018, they joined Sambu Group as an IT Staff, analyzing business problems and providing solutions. Devi then moved on to PT Asuransi Sinar Mas in 2019, where they worked as an Underwriting Analyst, conducting risk analysis on coverage and evaluating insurance policies. Currently, Devi is employed at Sompo Insurance Indonesia as a Supervisor for Partnership, Digital Affinity & E-Commerce. In this role, they identify strategic opportunities for affinity, e-commerce, and direct business, leveraging SII solutions across different product platforms and programs.

Devi Napitupulu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Institut Teknologi Del, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Associate General Insurance from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in February 2022, as well as in Production Streamlining Training from PT. Inti Ganda Perdana in July 2018.
