Encep Andri

Encep Andri has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, with a focus on database administration and management. Encep started their career in 2011 as a Power Builder Developer at Pou Chen Group. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Generali Indonesia, where they held roles as a Database Administrator Supervisor and later as an IT Core Solution Supervisor. Since 2019, they have been working at Sompo Insurance Indonesia, initially as a Database Administrator - Assistant Manager. Encep then progressed to the role of Deputy Head of IT Operation and currently holds the position of Head of MIS.

Encep Andri obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STMIK Nusa Mandiri during the period of 2009 to 2013. In addition, they have also acquired several certifications such as "Managing High Performers," "Coaching for Results," "Digital Transformation," and "Finance for Non-Financial Managers" from LinkedIn. Encep obtained these certifications in various months and years, with "Managing High Performers" obtained in April 2023, and the other three certifications obtained in June 2022.
