Nabila Nugraha's work experience includes a role in Finance & Collection at Sompo Insurance Indonesia starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Capital Learning & Development professional at ADR Group of Companies from March 2021 to June 2021.

Nabila Nugraha received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Al Azhar Islamic School Indonesia for their Senior High School education, specializing in Social Sciences from 2014 to 2017.
