Teuku Adriansyah Akhmad

Teuku Adriansyah Akhmad has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Teuku is currently working as the Head of IT System Analyst & Architecture at Sompo Insurance Indonesia since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Project Delivery Senior Manager at PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk from January 2021 to April 2022. In 2020, they held the position of Head of Project Management Department at Bhinneka Life Indonesia from September to December. From January 2019 to August 2020, they worked as the Process Improvement Head at Generali Indonesia.

Teuku's longest tenure was at AXA Mandiri Financial Services Indonesia, where they had multiple roles. Teuku served as the Business & Technical Services Manager from August 2017 to December 2019, the Operation Service Management Manager from April 2015 to August 2017, and the Policy Owner Services Manager (ad interim) from November 2015 to February 2016. Teuku initially joined the company as the IT Operation (Business Service Management) Manager from April 2012 to April 2015.

Before joining AXA Mandiri, Teuku worked at PT Anugrah Argon Medica as the MIS from March 2009 to March 2012. Teuku'sresponsibilities included expanding system information for branch reporting, business information, and developing applications for the field force bonus program. Prior to that, they gained experience in system development at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. from March 2006 to March 2009, where they created and maintained various data processing applications and developed a database for a customer member card application.

Teuku Adriansyah Akhmad earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bina Nusantara business school, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Teuku Adriansyah Akhmad has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Developing Your Team Members," "Enterprise Architecture Foundations," "Coaching for Results," "Digital Transformation," "Project Management Simplified," "Project Management Foundations: Budgets," and "Agile Foundations."
