Hao Quoc Tien

Hao Quoc Tien has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Toyota Motor Corporation and its affiliated companies. Hao Quoc has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer Asia Region, President of TMAP, Chief Executive Officer Asia Region, Vice Chairman of the Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing, Deputy Chief Officer of the Sales Financial Business Group, and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Region in Toyota Financial Services Corporation. Hao Quoc has also served as President Commissioner and Vice President Commissioner in several Toyota subsidiaries, and as a member of the Board of Directors in Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Toyota Financial Services India, and Toyota Financial Services Singapore. From 2014 to 2022, they held positions such as COO - Sales & Marketing, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, and Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing in Toyota Motor Asia Pacific.

Hao Quoc Tien completed their MBA degree at the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1995 to 1997. Later, in 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Chartered Director degree at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1990, they obtained a BASc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
