Lindawati Gani has been Independent Commissioner since February 2021. Joined Astra Group in 2005. She is a Professor in Economic Accounting, at the Faculty of Economy and Business Universitas Indonesia. *Effective subject to the successful completion of the Fit and Proper Test from the Financial Services Authority.
