Yohanes Medika

Yohanes Medika has work experience in various roles in the pharmaceutical and production industry. Yohanes worked as a Production Section Head at PT Ultra Sakti, where they were responsible for handling the Oral Liquid sub department. Yohanes also has experience as a Pharmacy Student Intern at RSUP Dr. Sardjito, PT. KIMIA FARMA, TBK, Fresenius Kabi, and PT. Kimia Farma Apotek. In these roles, they gained experience in medication analysis, drug dispensing, medication history assessment, logistic management, and batch record verification.

Yohanes Medika attended Sanata Dharma University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Apothecary with a field of study in Pharmacy. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:

- In June 2021, they completed a course on Developing Simple Decentralized Marketplace on Blockchain from Udemy.

- In November 2020, they received certifications in Certified ISO 14001: 2015 Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan, Certified ISO 45001: 2018 Sistem Manajemen K3, Certified ISO 9001: 2015 Sistem Manajemen Mutu, and Sistem Manajemen K3 PP50 2012 from B-Safe Ec.

- In September 2020, they completed a course on Basic of OEE Implementation from Productivity Academy and a course on HVAC Concept in Pharma Industries from EMS.

- In July 2020, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).

- In November 2019, they received the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the University of Indonesia.

- In May 2017, they were an oral presenter at the Seminar Nasional Kefarmasian held by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
