Jatmiko Wisnubroto

Started his career in customer service and sales at PT Golden Bird (Blue Bird group). He then switched to being a contact center representative at XL Axiata in January 2000. His last position was Customer Resolved and Recovery Team Leader before deciding to join PT VADS Indonesia in December 2008. He held various positions at PT VADS Indonesia, starting from Call Center Team Leader, Real Time Floor Management Specialist, Human Performance Specialist, Client Relations Specialist, as well as Telemarketing and Contact Center Manager. Starting April 2017, he held the position of Head of Operation Financial Service Industry, and in November 2019, he held the position of Head of Operation Key Account Share Project. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, he held the position of Head of COE – Center Of Excellence.
