Junaidi Virgo

Junaidi Virgo possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Organization and People Development at PT. Wook Global Technology since July 2022, Junaidi also holds the position of Director of People Development at Jakarta Development Centre from December 2021. Prior roles include General Manager of Human Capital & GA at PT. Inti Prima Rasa from November 2016 to June 2022, where Junaidi reported to the President Director and the Executive Committee, and Head of Human Resources & GA at PT. Prime Restaurant Indonesia from January 2010 to October 2016. Additional experience includes Human Resources Operations Manager at PT. Puri Inti Rasa and Operations Supervisor at ZOE Library & Café. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from STP Sahid Jakarta, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from STIE Tridharma Bandung, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Esa Unggul.
