Rahmah Hutabarat

Rahmah Hutabarat has experience in HR recruitment, starting in 2012 with PT Xsis Mitra Utama. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for various positions, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, and maintaining relationships with top universities. Rahmah also created recruitment reports on a daily and weekly basis. Prior to that, Rahmah worked as an associate at Experd Consultant (PT.Sarana Exhirindo) from 2010 to 2014. Rahmah also has experience as a freelance instructor and tester at Ppm Manajemen in 2011 and as a freelance tester at Psikodinamika in 2010.
