Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia in 2008, where they served as a Data Analyst at the Customer & Community Satisfaction Department, conducting surveys and focus group discussions to track customer satisfaction.

In 2010, Radityo joined PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg., starting as a Senior Staff at the Product Planning Department.
