Roby Hermawan

Roby Hermawan has extensive experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management, currently serving as QHSE Supervisor/Assistant Manager at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg since October 2018. Previously, Roby held the position of Health Safety Environment Coordinator at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing from October 2012 to November 2018, focusing on the planning and monitoring of QHSE activities and the establishment of integrated management procedures. Academic involvement includes serving as a lecturer assistant for occupational safety and health laboratory subjects at Universitas Negeri Semarang in 2011 and contributing to a survey team for the implementation of a Safety Management System. Roby holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Science from Universitas Padjadjaran (2021-2023) and two degrees from Universitas Negeri Semarang: a Bachelor's in Occupational Health Safety and Environment (2007-2012) and a degree in Public Health with a specialty in Occupational Health Safety and Environment (2007-2012).
